Sleeping
Sleep is one of the most important aspects of your life. You know that when you don’t have a good sleep, you wake up feeling cranky and tired. During the sleep, your body replenishes its energy levels and several processes take place – your organs recharge, the blood is renewed and all the systems are set for improving and fighting the free radicals and the stress levels. Because of this, a sleep between six and eight hours is always recommended.
Make sure you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up early in the evening. The best time to go to sleep is between 10 pm and midnight so that you can wake at 5 or 6 in the morning.
Eating
Bad eating habits might lead to eating disorders or health issues with the digestive system. It’s essential to watch what you are eating and quit having fast food or processed food. There’s a whole industry that takes care of food processing and instead of making it better, they tend to use more and more additives that can lead to different health issues. Instead of this, consider taking some cooking classes or learn how to cook from the internet tutorials. Raw ingredients are easy to find and many recipes are easy to make. It’s better than to eat downtown in different restaurants or to eat from the fast food kiosks.
Get plenty of vegetables and fruits and make sure they come from bio sources – the bio producers use less or no chemicals at all in growing their products.
Water
Your body is made of 70% water, as water is contained in all your cells. Because of this, make sure you get plenty of water during the day. You can start your day with a glass of water and some lemon juice for a good taste, but make sure you have a good quantity, between 1.5 liters and 2 liters of water the whole day.
